Please be sure to
include a note with your name, return address, email address & phone number,
and a brief description of the problem
you are experiencing. For warranty service, please also include
a copy of your receipt from an
authorized dealer. We strongly suggest that you only
send us the part that you are having a problem with (woofer, tweeter,
amplifier, etc.) as this will save on shipping charges and you are much
less likely to end up with cabinet damage. To further prevent damage,
please remove any cabinet feet (Isolation Cones) if present
and do not ship us grilles. Please be sure to carefully
pack any items you ship us since we cannot be held responsible for
damages incurred during shipping. For their protection, we
recommend taping cardboard to the face of woofers &
tweeters. We request you use a carton that allows for at
least 4" of packing material between the product and carton on all sides.
Please note current repair time frame
is 2 weeks from date of receipt. No repair
status information is available until after the unit
has been evaluated. We will contact you only
if we need further information or if your repair
requires a payment. If your return included an
email address we will email you a tracking number
when your item is shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
